More About The Assessment

Ideal for office-based employees, home workers, and managers responsible for workplace wellbeing.

It’s also suitable for those managing chronic pain, pregnancy-related discomfort, or musculoskeletal issues linked to workstation setup.

The goal is to identify and correct workstation risks that may contribute to poor posture, discomfort, or injury.

Each assessment delivers practical recommendations, covering posture, desk and chair setup, equipment placement, and simple exercises to support long-term comfort.

Following your session, you’ll receive a personalised DSE Assessment Report, detailing the findings, recommendations, and confirmation of compliance with current DSE regulations.

When booking a Zoom DSE Assessment via our website, please select three preferred assessment dates during checkout.

Fit4Work will confirm your assessment date or offer alternatives. We’ll do our best to honour your preferences, however no guarantees can be given.

Once finalised, you’ll receive your Zoom link, assessment handbook, and all presentation materials needed to assist with the DSE Asessment.

Refunds are processed promptly where a suitable assessment date cannot be agreed.
