Course Overview
Our IOSH Approved People Moving & Handling Train the Trainer Course is a comprehensive four-day programme designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to train others in safe people-handling techniques.
Through hands-on practice, demonstrations, and interactive learning, you’ll gain the ability to design and deliver engaging, compliant training sessions that protect both staff and those being cared for. You’ll learn to assess risk, teach correct use of handling aids, and adapt instruction to meet individual needs within health and social care settings.
Led by Chartered Physiotherapist Angela Hinton, this IOSH-accredited course provides all the materials and resources needed to start delivering your own in-house training immediately – helping your organisation improve safety, reduce injuries, and maintain high standards of care.
